decent stay with room for growth
The room offered a comfortable atmosphere, with great airflow from the air conditioning. I appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi,. The breakfast selection was quite good and included tasty pastries and decent coffee. The staff was pleasant and made sure the room was tidy upon arrival.
The front desk service could have been more attentive, leading to some delays during check-in.

Hip new hotel.
Really nice overall experience. Everything was perfect, great service, unbeatable location so close to Texas, Brownwood, TX and a lazy / pond. Great bed, nice sized bathroom and TV, a microwave and a fridge in the room.

The intersection right outside the hotel was particularly busy, made crossing the street a little tricky due to the lack of a crosswalk. The mattress felt uncomfortable, and I noticed that the bathroom was quite cramped considering the price tag of the room. There was also a lack of clarity regarding Wi-Fi service-getting cut off on checkout day was less than ideal.
